Quiet life  

  «Ruchey» village is located on the border of Novgorod and Tver regions. When I first visited her, only a few people lived there. Each time, coming to these places, I feel: life is very quiet. Everything freezes, the number of hours in a day increases. Kind and simple faces of old people, everyday chores, hard for the elderly. Several years have passed and in this village there are no longer permanent residents. Someone died, some relatives were taken to the city. The houses keep a memory of how once there was crowded and boiling life. Now there are only memories, an invisible connection with the past.
